The phone itself was exactly as described and in pristine condition. Unfortunately the box it was supplied in was from a totally different phone and covered in labels.
Bought the phone as a gift, so disappointed, even more having contacted the seller to be told "Hi this phone has no original box".
I don't think I'm being unreasonable in expecting a listing described as "Boxed Samsung Galaxy..." to have the box belonging to the phone

Item was sold “pristine condition” liars and will not cover cost of screen replacement. Arrived 4 days before God daughters 1st communion.. it was to be her gift. Used is one thing but at the price I paid I excepted Pristine!
Seller refused to pay £30 for the screen replacement and now has threatened they won’t allow a warranty as i voided it!
TOTAL SCAMMERS! Do not buy ANYTHING FROM THEM. All lies!!
