Everything was ok if those who assembled it and checked it were all tightened screws and stapled properly so that the water did not flow to the inner connection. Otherwise everything works properly and the quality of the material does not seem to be bad at all.

Worked well the first couple of times. Then gradually got worse and worse at fully retracting. Currently won’t retract the last about 4 yards. Hope this won’t continue to get worse but I can’t see it getting better. Apart from this issue seems to work fine but then it’s just a very expensive hose.

Fitted to the wall extends and retracts wonderfully only gripe is it leaks at the outside tap, have to put a bucket under for overflow. Wonder if it needs a different tap fitting.
