I wanted to purchase an Arcam rWave to extend the life and enhace my use of my Arcam rCube which, despite its age, I still think is a great piece of kit. I rang Soundcraft and spoke to someone who I think was the son of the founder of the business. He was most helpful and knowledgeable of the product and offered me good advice. As a result of this and the confidence of knowing I was dealing with a family firm, I decided to purchase. The rWave arrived on time, well packaged and undamaged.

Well packaged and very good delivery time. Item looks brand new - even with the small ’scratches’ that were noted in the selling description. So happy with this item - quality of sound now coming through my headphones is excellent. Would buy from this EBayer again, no problem.
