    Yeah Yeah Yeahs - Show Your Bones, Album Review

    The only song I ever heard by the Yeah Yeah Yeahs was 'Maps' (which is super cool), until one day I heard 'Gold Lion' whilst doing my mother's ironing on MTV2. The song 'Gold Lion' has to be one of my favourites, not only because of the fantastic guitar and drumming, but Karen O's voice is AMAZING. She can shout and scream, and make it sound so indie glamourous in an uber cool way, you can't help but love everything about Karen O and the Yeah Yeah Yeahs. The album has some cracking songs you just wanna hop and spin around to in a room full of shiny disco balls, such as 'Way Out', 'Turn Into' and 'De Ja Vu', but also to strut sexily around to 'Phenomena'. A couple songs are less entrancing, but this shouldn't stop anyone from buying an album that gave me joy. You can really let yourself go ...

    Definitely Yeah

    Purchased on the back of "Gold Lion" and "Turn Into", this is a sublime ride down an indie tinged lane sprinkled with the twisted vocals of Karen O. If like me you like the singles, I'd definitely recommend you grab a copy of the album and unearth the treasurers hidden within.

    Show your bones - Another belter!

    Im relatively new to the Yeah yeah yeahs, but they are simply awesome, this is the follow up album to Fever To Tell, and it had alot to live up to, it lived! I am a bigger fan of a Fever to Tell, but this shouldn't undermine the class in this album. If you are unsure whether to try these New Yorkers out, do it! it'll be the best thing you decide to do today!

    Not my usual taste in music...

    but i love the alternative style of this album, from gold lion through to warrior and turn into, this album never lets up.

    yeah yeah yeahs album

    I baught this album because i love the yeah yeah yeahs you can never get bored of their songs. i like it because it just makes me wana boogie about and is the best for playing in my car, making journeys less tedious
