Not only did this not include a box or "wiring", but it also didn't include a manual or outdoor temperature sensor. Calling it "open box" is therefore a little questionable - but I did not think it questionable enough to warrant a neutral feedback hit - everything else about this sale was fine. Seller should consider the impact of what might be perceived as inflating the description of the items being sold of they want to preserve their feedback rating, though.
