Il contratto stipulato tra Simpletek e il Cliente deve intendersi concluso con l'accettazione dell'ordine da parte di Simpletek. La corretta ricezione dell'ordine è confermata da Simpletek mediante una risposta via email, inviata all' indirizzo di posta elettronica comunicato dal Cliente. Tale messaggio di conferma riporterà data e ora di esecuzione dell'ordine e un 'Numero Ordine Cliente' da utilizzare in ogni ulteriore comunicazione con Simpletek. Il messaggio ripropone tutti i dati inseriti dal Cliente che si impegna a verificarne la correttezza e a comunicare tempestivamente eventuali correzioni, secondo le modalità descritte in questo documento. Il Cliente dichiara di aver preso visione di tutte le indicazioni a lui fornite durante la procedura d'acquisto, e di accettare integralmente le condizioni generali.
Nel caso di mancata accettazione dell'ordine, Simpletek garantisce tempestiva comunicazione al Cliente.
La disponibilità del prodotto visualizzato è al 90% dei casi veritiera ma comunque indicativa vista la possibilità di acquisti plurimi nello stesso istante da parte di più utenti su più piattaforme di vendita (SITO INTERNET, EBAY, FACEBOOK, YOUTUBE).
Per tale motivo Simpletek si riserva la possibilità, una volta ricevuto l'ordine, di verificare la disponibilità del bene e, in assenza, di comunicare tempestivamente la mancata accettazione dell'ordine inviato. Viene escluso ogni diritto del Cliente a un risarcimento danni o indennizzo, nonché qualsiasi responsabilità contrattuale o extracontrattuale per danni diretti o indiretti a persone e/o cose, provocati dalla mancata accettazione, anche parziale, di un ordine.
 
L’acquisto è consentito sia a utenti consumatori (come definiti dall’art.3, co.1, lett. a del Decreto Legislativo 206/2005 “Codice del Consumo”), sia a rivenditori, grossisti e titolari di partite iva.
 
La fattura di acquisto va richiesta tassativamente contestualmente all’ ordine emesso e sarà inviata tramite e-mail all' intestatario dell' ordine ex art. 14 DPR 445/00 e dl 52/2004. In assenza dei dati di fatturazione o se perverranno dati incompleti o poco chiari verrà emesso lo scontrino fiscale che non sarà possibile annullare. Nessuna variazione sarà possibile dopo l' emissione della fattura stessa.
 
La Garanzia Legale di conformità prevista dagli artt.128-135 del Codice del Consumo ('Garanzia Legale') è riservata ai consumatori per i difetti di conformità non riscontrabili al momento dell'acquisto.
Il difetto di conformità sussiste quando il prodotto non è idoneo all' uso al quale deve servire abitualmente, non è conforme alla descrizione o non possiede le qualità promesse dal venditore, non offre le qualità e le prestazioni abituali di un bene dello stesso tipo, non è idoneo all' uso particolare voluto dal consumatore se portato a conoscenza del venditore al momento dell' acquisto ed accettato dal venditore (art.129 del Codice del Consumo). Simpletek è responsabile nei confronti del consumatore per qualsiasi difetto di conformità esistente al momento della consegna del prodotto e che si manifesti entro i termini di garanzia previsti per il prodotto stesso.
Per esercitare il diritto alla Garanzia Legale, il Cliente dovrà:
- inviare una comunicazione per email a vendite@simpletek.net indicando il vizio del prodotto e dimostrando di aver comprato su simpletek.net (allegando la prova d’ ordine con lo scontrino fiscale o con la fattura emessa (in caso di vendita a partita iva, scaricabile in ogni momento dal proprio account sul sito nella sezione "i miei ordini");
- attendere di essere ricontattati dal post vendita con le istruzioni da seguire;
- preparare il prodotto per la spedizione che dovrà essere restituito integro, completo di tutte le sue parti e negli imballi originali.
A questo punto Simpletek provvederà a:
- esaminare il prodotto per verificare se il problema sia di facile ed immediata risoluzione o se, al contrario, sussistano evidenti cause di esclusione della Garanzia offerta (ad es. manifesta danni accidentali o procurati dal consumatore);
- registrare il prodotto ed il Cliente ai fini della gestione del processo di assistenza;
- sostituire il prodotto stesso qualora la riparazione sia impossibile o eccessivamente onerosa;
Sarà infatti compito di Simpletek, riscontrato il vizio di conformità, effettuare la riparazione o la sostituzione del bene entro un tempo congruo dalla richiesta e senza addebito di spese al consumatore.
Se entro un tempo congruo Simpletek non fosse in grado di sostituire o restituire il prodotto riparato, il consumatore potrà richiedere uno dei rimedi alternativi (risoluzione del contratto, riduzione del prezzo, sostituzione con altro prodotto analogo).
Per il prodotto NUOVO il Cliente farà valere la Garanzia del Produttore recandosi direttamente ad un Centro Assistenza Autorizzato nei casi di difetti previsti da garanzia descritti precedentemente.

    The Perfect Companion

    The Jabra Elite Active 65t came charged in the box, as did the case. I love the copper/blue finish, they look really stylish. They linked with my phone quickly and the app set up was a doddle! I take part in a local weekly 5k run and these are the perfect companion. They give you complete freedom, great sound quality and of course the option to filter in and out the background noise. Note: These are not noise cancelling buds, rather noise reducing, but i think they do a pretty good job. The case clean easily and despite carrying them everywhere with me (car, pocket and bag) the case hasn't aquired any marks or scrapes - still looking super smart! You might find the case is a little tough to open, again perhaps just need to get used to it, but at least I know they're secure! I switched ...

    I received this product as part of a review program in return for an unbiased review. I was instantly impressed with the premium quality of the sound and the build of the Jabra Elita Active 65t earbuds. Upon receiving my Jabra earbuds I downloaded the Jabra Sound+ app to my smartphone. Pairing the Bluetooth was effortless and the app really is the heart of customising the earbuds. The app allows you to control the equalizer, bass and overall sound. If commuting, studying or exercising there is a mode in the app to get the best sound from your earbuds. The earbuds themselves are a snug fit and have always stayed in place when using them for cycling, walking or jogging.     Jabra, Honest review

    I have been looking forward to trying out these earphones. They have good points and bad points. To begin with the good points. The packaging was stylish and compact. The earphones were securely in place within the packaging and the all the instructions, including the charger case were presented smartly in a small box which included spare ear plugs. The charging case for the earphones came with a full charge which was useful as I was able to use them straight away and then charge them for further use later in the evening. The earphones look discreet when in use and lightweight. I found the app useful and easy to use when experimenting with the features within the earphones.     Best Headphones I've owned

    Upon opening the nicely presented box, the headphones looked a little strange. This is mostly due to not having had the 'bud' design before. I was hopeful that these headphones would be the ones, given I'd tried some of the more expensive brands and they'd always fall out at the first sign of sweat or movement. The charging box is neat, although not as easy to open as a certain white variety of headphones I'd used before. Once in, the headphones sit nicely in their tray and charge without problem. Once taken out I was surprised at how well they fitted. You have several different bud sizes, but luckily the headphones fit first time, almost Cinderella like.     Good product worth considering

    Received the Jabra Elite Active 65t to review from Insiders UK. The box are well built and the earbuds and other accessories are nicely packed within. Looked more expensive than it is. The charging case and earbuds are well built and looked great. Charging case came charged so this is handy. Pairing it with my phone took seconds. The Jabra Sound+ app is very helpful to adjust the sound profile although I would love it to have more adjustment parameters. The earbuds itself is comfortable in the ear, however after a while it does get a bit uncomfortable, probably because of my small ears! Sound quality is good, not brilliant but for this price range, it is acceptable. The battery lasted forever, I have used it everyday whilst commuting and walking to work. I am using it whilst typing this ...
