Returning Goods

Goods Damaged On Arrival
If you discover that your goods are visibly damaged on arrival, you should either write on the delivery note that the packaging is damaged, or refuse to accept the delivery. Please contact us within 48 hours with details of the damage. This will help us considerably in raising the matter with our courier.
Once the damaged goods have been received back into our warehouse, then we will then send a replace order.
It is your responsibility to return the goods to us in a safe and secure manner and at your cost.

    Best mid priced joystick on the market . The only one that is Ambidextrous and includes 4 Axis control .

    This is the only mid priced Ambidextrous joystick with all four Axis onboard . It is precise and all Axis and buttons are programmableeditable via a comprehensive software editor . Precise movement tracking using Hall effect magnetic sensors . All in all great value . The one downside is that i like many , find the spring resistance too stiff . I corrected mine by removing the spring and compressing it to 50% of its uncompressed length and binding thin wire on it to retain the compressed state . I then heated the spring for 20-30 seconds with a blowtorch and quenched in cold water to re set the spring tension . This can also be done using small cable ties or fishing line which is reversible but runs the risk of snagging ( see you tube video's )

    Excellent joystick, I recommend it

    It is ideal for Airbus series of airliners where the joystick is on the left hand side for the Captain and it can be adjusted easily for right hand operation too. It is a nice joystick to use for fighter jet aircraft too for right hand operation. It is very comfortable in use and the control response is good. The buttons are customizable and it works well with my Honeycombe Bravo throttle quadrant. I am very pleased with it.

    Just what I wanted

    Really well built, comfortable and a good weight. Only reason it's not 5 stars is because its hard to determine where the idle throttle is before the reverse thrusters start. Takes a bit of getting used to. A visual indicator would have been nice. Lots of buttons and very precise. Great purchase

    A must buy Joystick for FS2020

    Absolutely fantastic. I am using it with the new FS2020 on the Fly-by-Wire A32NX and it feels like your controlling a real life heavy Airbus A320 due to its perfect peripherals for flight control systems and sensitivity. A must buy product if your planning on buying the simulator. ⭐️

    Great bit of kit, a must have!!

    Great that manufacturers like Thrustmaster are now making specific airliner products, this is brilliant on Microsoft Flight Sim 2020!! Can't wait for the Airbus throttles and maybe Boeing stuff in time. Lovely quality and extremely good value, I also like that there's no switches etc. inside to get clogged up over the years, it's all sensed with magnets - how clever!!
