I suffer from a chronic illness which includes chronic fatigue as one of the symptoms and last year, if I'm honest , I was practically inhaling chocolate bars as I would get the most horrific low energy slumps during and after my work hours, crave a very glucosey chocolate bar, eat it in two bites and then repeat that cycle the next day, sometimes two or three times a day. Come Jan 1st I resolved to give up junk food, especially sugar, had failed attempts at this before. Take these tablets every 2nd day, haven't touched junk food or chocolate since, don't get cravings, have lost 2 stone. I'm not on a diet, I dont count calories, I eat as much as I like, I just dont eat refined sugars, chocolate, cake, biscuits, sweets,crisps or any other junk anymore. Decent dose of chromium
Trivalent chromium is very non toxic and so 1000 micrograms is no problem. Chromium also has more affinity to EDTA than lead so if you are taking EDTA you should be on this product. Also needed to help prevent and treat type 2 diabetes.

An essential mineral
I have slight blood sugar problems and after a bit of research found out that chromium can help balance blood sugar levels, a mineral that I was obviously lacking. It’s true, after around a week I stopped needing some thing to eat so often because I felt shaky. I now eat a bit less the shakes have gone and I feel so much better. 😊
