Sent size 2.5 when I ordered 7. Quickly notified them but they still sent the wrong size. Then had the audacity to charge me for the return postage! Complained to Ebay.

Hi, if I may clarify again. You ordered size 2.5, as was clearly stated in the listing title, details, and description. However you do not seem to be grasping this fact. You then waited until after your item was shipped, to ask what size you had been sent. I explained that you would be able to open a return once it had been delivered. When doing so, you fraudulently gave false reasons for a return. This was investigated by eBay who deemed you to be at fault. Please pay attention next time.
