I paid for the ITEM and the seller informed me it was sent. A month later the item still hadn't arrive. I had to get ebay support to get my money back. It was reimbursed but I'm still waiting on the money.
If only the seller would be honest with me I would understand.

The item was shipped and went in a different direction due to an error on the country code and in the end the courier lost it. We're sorry but this is the first time that an experience like this has happened to us
