Came with back on upside down, only 2 screws holding back on, 1 was not even correct size and just pushed in hole, I was offered a refund to cover cost of new screws from Amazon, the box was not original and interior damaged, watch was advertised as new without tags, to his credit when I asked fo a refund it was very quick. There was also a scratch on the watch side where they had removed the back, presumably to replace battery
