Possibly overpriced postage. Very light small item in small envelope, posted as large, so charged me for shipping and spent too much on the stamps. The badge was sent letter rate, normal mail. The envelope and badge was thicker than the "Letter" rate, 5mm so the package fell into the "Large Letter" rate, 25mm wide. Postage was charged at £2.10 which is the April 2003 postal rate. The cost to me was £1.55 so I charged 55p for a padded envelope, tape, stickers and wrap, fair I feel.
