A couple of weeks after expected delivery the package hadn't arrived. I was refunded. Then a few days later Royal Mail asked me to pay more for postage (which was supposed to be free) because the package did not have sufficient postage payment to be delivered. I had to wait a couple more days for the tiny parcel to arrive and the bundle was really small. I've since found a local supplier who sells second hand Lego and lets us pick and mix a bowlful for a very reasonable cost.
