this seller very poor service alltogether, late dispatch from royal mail sitting in post office for two days to end up being damaged spine broken poor packaged, thin bag got intouch he wanted me to return it and i asked if i could have partial refund saving me hassel to go to post it back he offered me £3.33 so i accepted it and i replyed back to him and he blanked me,sent him five more emails and still he blanked me, over two days, and still nothing ill never use this guy ever again hes poor

The slow delivery is unfortunate, but from our side the order dispatched within 24 hours of being received. A full refund was offered on the return of item (we would of course cover the cost of returning the item); or a 33% partial refund as compensation for the damage in transit. The buyer did not respond to the offers so we could not proceed with either option, we waited. A refund has been sent to the buyer. False feedback is incredibly damaging to a small family run businesses like ours
