NB: A fascinating side note to this purchase is that UKRAINE has launched an invasion of Russia. Ukrposhta (the Ukraine post office) dispatched a press release stating they are entering the liberated territory. I hope they will overprint the existing stock of Russian stamps. Just like the anti-Russian Ukrainians (White Russians) did in 1918. Fascinating development.
