--Your Rights--
As per the Distance Selling and e-Commerce Regulations applicable to UK and EU sales, you have the right to cancel your order as long as you let us know within 14 working days, which is the cooling off period. Please let us know by using the messaging email service as soon as possible, in any event within 14 working days, the unwanted product(s) must be unopened, unused in original condition and your message should be clearly worded stating that you wish to cancel. It is your right to receive a full refund within 30 days of the notice of cancellation, your cancellation must be in writing using the messaging email service. --Failed Deliveries & Losses--
Royal Mail will normally attempt UK deliveries within 3 to 5 working days of despatch and they can take up to 2 weeks to deliver. The postman would leave you a while you were out card if you are not in when the delivery is attempted.
The delivery courier will normally attempt delivery within 1 to 3 working days of despatch, if you do not receive your order within this time frame, please send us a message and we will look into this. The delivery courier will normally email you to let you know when they have your package and they would leave you a while you were out card if you are not in when the delivery is attempted.
If your order is received back by us for the reasons Unclaimed, Not Called For, Incorrect or Incomplete Address, Addressee Gone Away then we will issue a refund less the delivery charges incurred in sending the original package to you as soon as possible, nevertheless, within 30 days of the date of receipt of your returned package.
Should a package be lost or damaged by the carrier, you agree to fully co-operate to help us to recover any costs from the carrier in relation to your order. If your order is lost or damaged, we will make necessary enquiries with the carrier involved, in our enquires, we may ask you to complete an electronic and or paper claim form and or any documentation requirements from the carrier. If you fail to co-operate, we reserve the right to take necessary action to recover costs from you.

    easy to drain with it having handles on easy to clean saves on electric

    Very pleased with this product saves on electric the only down side is that it says it's 18cm and i though it would fit in a 18cm saucepan but they don't fit you can't get the lid on the pan so i have to use my biggest saucepan

    I love these

    Making meals is so easy with these, only one pan to wash up. I used to use the insets from my pressure cooker to boil my veg and potatoes but they were very flimsy. These are so well made and sturdy. I am very happy with them and would recommend them to anyone, especially to people cooking for one or two.

    Brilliant!

    These are fantastic. Superb quality. I am currently cooking for a toddler and checked online to see if anything like this even existed. Turns out that it does! It is a great time and energy saver and keeps my kitchen a lot cooler than it gets running three separate pots. Highly recommended product.

    Fuel savers

    These separators are great for saving on fuel bills and only one pan to wash! The concept isn’t new but these are very well made, and the various sized holes allow for more water to come through the bases with bigger hole cut outs, and the sides a bit smaller. These are stainless steel which is better than the aluminium they use to be made of from a health perspective.
