I contacted the seller the minute I ordered this item as id accidentally ordered the wrong colour. Asked if I should cancel or it could be changed- no response. Contacted again 2 days later to ask again as I received notification my order was being processed. Then couldn't cancel and again, no response from the seller. I contacted again when I received notification the order had been posted to check if the colour had been changed. Again no response. Surprise surprise, wrong item arrived.
