Purchased the item for £130 and I cancelled it before they dispatched it as it was no longer needed. I ordered over the bank holiday weekend and cancelled the next day which was on the bank holiday.
They have charged me £54 as they needed to pack and posted the item.
They made out they managed to post the item over the bank holiday weekend and contact the postage supplier to cancel the postage.
I have had rude responses and excuses from them.
I wouldn’t recommend or use these guys again.

hi there you purchased the turbo which was correct it was wrapped packaged and taken to our local parcel shop who was open over the bank holiday here in Scotland. Postage was paid and it was left with them. You cancelled the next day due to you selling your vehicle. We went back to the parcel shop and collected the item luckily it hadn't been collected by the courier yet. The item wasn't marked as dispatched due to volume of packages leaving ourselves and very little time in the working day.
