The item arrived 12 days after payment, and several days later than the order date stated its estimated arrival would be. The seller sent the item extremely late, but blamed it on me not requesting first class postage!! I have sent 2nd class parcels which arrived in 2 days. I explained the item was required for a date as I was going on holiday and the late arrival meant it was no longer needed. The Seller refused to accept responsibility and blamed me! Completely unpleasant experience.

Seller agreed to a combined postage refund if I bought a second pair of jeans. She posted them together in one package then told me she couldn’t refund me after she had sent them. She refused to give the partial refund despite me asking several times. Then told me I was being a problem. Don’t buy from this seller. She did not stick to what she agreed pre-purchase and then became very rude telling me I’ve been a problem from the start and to not contact her. She’s ripped me off. Not good!
