The first computer was dropped be a great height by Royal Mail. Unfortunately, it was dented and not working. The seller communicated immediately and we got the unit swopped over and a replacement delivered. My new unit passed all diagnostic tests and is in Grade A condition inside and out. The seller even gave me a further discount on the second unit for my trouble. It only came off maintenance with Dell in March 2024.
Really pleased with the purchase and will buy again from this seller.
