That was partly my fault for not properly reading the drop-down option when I chose the colour, but I also feel this could have been clearer in the item's main description. We simply sent the wrong colour. We offered a refund straight away and as soon as you sent us a message. The product arrived on time, It was sealed in the box as described and our customer services have replied to you straight away. We have a policy that states if your not happy we will issue a full refund. We think its unfair to be given a negative as we havent had any oppurtinty to resolve this issue.
