This comment is false. I immediately contacted the buyer when I realised some info were missing from the advert (the game was fully in English, but the retail box was the Japanese one). I offered to proceed or cancel the purchase for a full refund. The buyer chose to cancel, and within minutes I issued a full refund. Communication was prompt and polite, and the refund immediate, so I don't understand the negative feedback.
