If you're into a good mix of music and not just one genre, this is an excellent CD. It's definitely hip-hop/R&B heavy, but there's also some rock and techno. Very late-90's, but it brings you back in a good way. Rare Notorious BIG/Da Brat joint, as well as a pretty cool remix of Inner Circle's "Bad Boys". Can't go wrong with the 2Pac classic "Me Against The World", top it off with some Warren G. and the "So Many Ways" remix. Some tight bass-infused-straight-outta-Florida joints (69 Boys), some upbeat R&B (Jon B. & Babyface, Diana King). This one was always a "must-own" for me. Good for when you want something to "mix it up" without having to change the disc six times.
I like soundtracks because of the variety that is usually found on them. Also, soundtracks sometimes have songs that probably wouldn't be on most other albums. I bought this particular album for the bad boys theme song so that I could play it when I get pulled over in my car. The only thing I didn't like is that it's not really on here. It is a part of one of the tracks but not the complete original song like you would hear on COPS. I bought it used and recommend buying CDs new instead. Good Luck
CD was in excellent condition. A great blast from the past.
