      This seasoning makes all meats taste better to me and more tender.

      I have used Spike seasoning for many years, no need for expensive rubs with Spike. Not many stores carry the product and if you do find a grocery chain that has it they want $5.00 for a 3 ounce container of it.

      Completely satisfying substitute for salt

      Sea salt is one ingredient of approximately 17 additional natural seasoning flavors. For most foods, the taste is so much more satisfying than that of salt. If one is accustomed to salt alone as a condiment, it may take a week or so to become accustomed to and prefer the taste of "original" Spike. Original Spike is my favorite seasoning.
