Unfortunately the clock didn’t work as the seller expected, but very good communications Through out and a return was arranged via Royal Mail. I packed the clock in the same way it was sent to me with the same packaging, however the seller described the clock she got back as broken and scratched, and the only way that could have happened is by someone tampering with the clock and unwrapping it as it was thickly padded and taped securely around the clock. I was refunded promptly.
