I gave it a 4 because I had a massive problem with one wheel the spindle was welded 4mm short on one side could not drill another hole as to close to the original lucky have a bit of engineering skill and had to take 2mm each side off the plastic wheel all good now and to be fair is a good bit of kit and saves a lot of space 👍

Poor quality
As others have said, the build quality is rather poor. Had to make a couple of 'modifications' to get bits to fit together. Feels rather weak in strength and unstable. Preston's idea of creating this (and it's price) is good but the build quality needs attention. In the end it took 4 of us over 2 hours to assemble this and get it to sit right on the box. Look elsewhere for a stronger barrow type is advised. Supplier service great though, arrived earlier than expected.As others have said, the build quality is rather poor. Poor design
I had high hopes for this off box wheel kit trolley. But I struggled with it. Used it twice and it looked worn and tired. Kept getting loose and constant tightening up annoyed me. The pull arm was totally out of shape. Then it pulled out of my hands on a steep bank - ouch! It weighted a tonne and I struggled lifting it! Taking the wheels off at the bank was time consuming. Trying to get the angle locks tight was a struggle. Not Preston’s best design. I had high hopes for this off box wheel kit trolley. But I struggled with it.
