When the statue arrived smashed in pieces. I contacted the seller who suggested I try sticking it together. Packaging was totally in for a fragile object. It was wrapped in tissue paper then sliced stiff paper and put in a plastic bag with no sign of any label indicating fragile or breakable anyone who gives that sort of respect doesn't deserve good customers. Although the item was only it was s a disappointment to see in pieces and especially with the casual attitude the seller of the selle
