Very bad experience, don't use I asked before the purchase that the item is not broken and that all the mounting brackets are not broken, the seller confirmed. I got it delivered and found that all the mounting brackets are broken , when I got back to him , he replied that they might have damaged in dispatching. Well he should have wrapped everything well because it is his responsibility that I get my item as described on ebay. I said that he will refund me partial ,he didn't do anything

item was not damaged as pictures prove in the listing yes you did ask me and i told you they where not, you contacted us over a week after delivery and after you had asked your garage to fix the brackets, i would have gladly accepted a return as stated but you took it on your self to fix, it can only have been done in transit as the bits where there to be fixed back on we do our best and cannot please everyone. the partial refund has been done
