I bought 2 from this seller and they are both faulty. They don’t oscillate and water gushes out of the sides. I’ve tried to message the seller twice this week but have not even had a response. They don’t appear to come in original packing, which wouldn’t usually bother me but leads me to think that this is a source of refurbished/faulty stock.
