The item(s) arrived damaged with chips and breakages, but no fragments found within the wrap or box. The dialog record, on eBay notifications, shows where the seller denies damage prior to shipping, says they filed claim with FedEx, then says I have to file the claim on my end. I attempt to file and it’s rejected (as shown in 4th photo). I’ve chosen to keep the item, as it’s a rare find. I’ve asked the seller for a refund of $55, as I’ll have to have the items repaired to give as a gift.

Liar- Item was new , no damage when Packed properly & double boxed with Package paper on top- Buyer has been Harassing me for a mo. I did file FEDEX claim with no response- This is on FEDEX not me- I had to BLOCK buyer due to threatening messages.
