I'm afraid I cannot recommend this seller. This seller advertised express delivery in his listing, then ended up using economy delivery. When questioned, he was adamant that he has done nothing wrong, because "the price he paid for postage was more than the amount he charged in the listing". I requested for a partial refund of £4.95 which was flat out refused. In the end I had no other choice but to return the item, as the delivery service used was not as described.

Be VERY careful - time waster. Buyer changed dispute several times. I went out of my way to use an alternative service to deliver the item - the usual carriers were on strike. Item arrived within time advised by eBay. Buyer demanded to be refunded for the whole £4.95 delivery cost charge that was part of the original description, and threatened to return the item if he did not get a refund - because the item arrived not the next day, but the following day. To this day the item is not with me.

Now he's just outright lying. It was NOT delivered within the time specified, and the item WAS returned or otherwise eBay would not have refunded. You do not use economy service when advertising next day and try to get away with it - bottom line. He refused to even acknowledge there was a mistake, and refused any negotiation whatsoever in addressing this matter, just look at his diabolical response. I returned the item because he needed someone to teach him a lesson. STEER CLEAR FROM THIS SELLER
