They sent me a wok as new unused and it was used, rusty and far away from new. I complained and they responded it s new basically and offered a refund. I sent another message with photos and they never responded. I won t trust a guy putting this disgusting wok in a box as a new item (and expecting customers being really happy after receiving it). It is the customer service what I am complaining about.
