Very bad communication, had to pay extra to deliver as was never available for me to collect. Scooter is max 4mph not 8mph, bought new batteries (£120) as was warned but still didn’t work. Had to take it to someone who could service only to find that it has an electrical issue, electromagnetic brake needs replacing (rusted solid) & motor is burnt out - costs about £1000 to fix. Extremely poor form by GIBBS REMOVALS to advertise as just needs new battery but is actually junk. Shame on you.

it clearly stated that the item was sold not working, plus like i said i had a quote for £170 to replace charger and service all parts guaranteed. so where on earth you got at £1000 to fix is beyond me.
