We apologised for the mistake on the listing and any inconvenience caused. We offered a solution of a refund, once the item was returned. Buyers to do not pay for postage on returns. When you open a return with eBay the seller incurs the return postage costs. As for the comment about postage mark up, I don't believe the buyer took insurance costs into consideration.
