If it states there are 6 of something in the title of an item you expect there to be 6. Only one was sent out. A refund was sent to me when I asked for the remaining 5 to be sent out. The seller argued that there was only one pictured and I said yes but your listing states 6 x 250ml meaning 6 of that item. Basically do not put 6 x in the title If your only selling one.

The 6 appeared in the title in error after using eBay's auto listing tool & unfortunately I didn't notice it was there. The photo, item details & description clearly stated 1 item.
As soon as the buyer contacted me I apologised for the error & issued a full refund.
Negative feedback for a genuine mistake is a bit harsh 😟
