I purchased this item on December 9 and there was no note or any type of notification that your seller was out of town. It is now December 18 nine days later and I’m being told I won’t receive my dress until after the new year. It was the whole reason why I purchased the item in advance. I’m not satisfied or happy at all. And want my money back

You purchased ground shipping from North Pole, Alaska during the holidays, it is going to take some time to get to you. If you had let me know you needed it by a certain date, I would have happily upgraded the shipping free of charge.
