The envelope with the bag arrived intact. However inside was a Prada carrier bag which was stuffed in envelope not wrapped. They were wrappings inside the envelope but they were crumpled. The bag is not fit for the purpose. I did contact the seller several times to try to resolve the situation but his stance was to blame the post office on the contents of the envelope being creased and the wrappings being crumpled which wasn’t true at all.
