Great cleaner
Love this Dyson, great pick up, we have two dogs and hoover everyday so needed a cleaner that was reliable. Still getting to grips with the ball technology, find it a little stiff going round corners but otherwise love it.

Super machine supported by a fabulous service
This is our second Dyson - a fact that speaks for itself The machine is extremely efficient and can be used effectively by a responsible young teenager. It is remarkable how over the years that Dyson have continued to develop the machine to provide such improved efficiency and hopefully reliability ( our last Dyson is still going after 15 years and is now confined to cleaning the car!- so I have little doubt that reliability issue will materialize!)This is our second Dyson - a fact that speaks for itself The machine is extremely efficient and can be used effectively by a responsible young teenager. Our vacuum broke. Years ago we had a Dyson but only used it twice it was so heavy. Dyson are the vac so had a look on eBay found this one claiming to be lightweight. So it arrived (put it together no problems even for me) Tried it out its fantastic. lightweight YES rollerball YES cleans the carpet YES easy emptying YES extra long cable YES extra tools YES There are no NO with Dyson. It is only a little thing but boy does it do the job. I have cats and it removes the cat hair in seconds. I would recommend it.
