Unreliable service. Undisclosed stains: 1- Seller hadn’t updated to dispatched so I had no notification from Evri or eBay that it had arrived - unknown to me, my purchase had been waiting for a week at collection point. After chasing up, seller was slow to look into it and get back to me. 2- The item has big stains on the back (not photographed or mentioned in listing) when contacted her about it, she told me to wash it, instead of taking responsibility to rectify a misleading transaction.
