The buyer bought the jumper which was a women's not a men's so they didn't read the description accurately. Then they tried to say the item was not measured correctly in comparison to a jumper they have which was men's!. Furthermore they then wanted to violate eBay policy and return the jumper saying the mistake was ours and return postage should be paid which we disputed hence the negative feedback. Thanks.
