Seller thought it OK to have 14 small items (CPU & RAM) crashing against each other for the entirety of the delivery journey, No bubble wrap, No paper, or Space insulation, These are not Stones, or worthless Metal, They are computer components! that go in computers! they have small fragile computer chips on them & You don't NEED to be a rocket scientist to know things crashing against each other.. BREAK! In future, if You can shake a box & still hear something inside, then you've done it wrong!!

Ram and CPU seemed secure in box-never had any issues before ! Buyer could have messaged me after delivery but chose to be an arse :)
