Unfortunately it took ages to arrive and then I had to pay Royal Mail additional postage to recevie it ( at that time a mystery item) the seller and ebay both decided this was my fault and neither will refund me.
Also it smells so bad I wouldnt even burn it

Thank you for your feedback but we used Ebay postage and the item was 5kg under the weight and as we replied to your messages we unsure why there was a charge . We think you must have this mistaken our package with another. The smell you refer to is the fresh wax smell you always have on newly waxed items. Ebay also agreed with us and we are sorry you wasn't happy with their decision.

I would not recommend this seller to anyone. They had my money for two weeks until I had to chase them for update on delivery. They came back and stated the Courier had returned the items to them as they were damaged. My question would be how would a courier know whether or not it was damaged. Surely that's up to the buyer when they receive the items. It took another 5 days before he actually returned my money, which I had asked for a full refund. -- Suggest you give this Seller a miss --

Thank you for you comments, it is very normal for a courier to return items to a seller due to damage .We did offer a replacement but was waiting for your reply over a number of days to act for you. We have still not received the order back but have refunded you as requested.
