Although there was nothing wrong with the purchasing process, I was certainly dissatisfied with the condition I received my parcel. This was more than just poor handling by delivery drivers, this was poor packaging and complete lack of care from a supplier who's just after quick buck. Merry Christmas.

I would happily have offered the buyer discount had they proved to me that the item was not received in good condition. The item was sent using the same packaging that I received it in. I paid for insurance when I sent it so I would happily have claimed from Royal mail. What a shame the buyer didn’t ask me to resolve the problem before leaving negative feedback. Merry Christmas Scrooge! 😊
