This seller is true to his word, even though the sale didn't work out he kept his word to give me great customer service and once the return is complete and refunded I will become completely 100% satisfied.
Thank you for understanding and being willing to work this return through with me, I will come back and shop again, and I would like to pay the cost of the shipping so please feel free to deduct the shipping charges which I believe were originally around $6.33.

I did not receive the item described in the listing. The seller uploaded an incorrect description that did not match the photo. I intended to order the item I searched for by model number and did not notice that the photo did not match. Additionally, the box was in rough shape, although the item inside was not damaged. I reached out to the seller and was told that it was an honest mistake. Fair enough, but I did not receive the item that was described, and the seller did not offer compensation.

Within 5 minutes of the buyers message to me I had sent a message apologizing. With the buyer clear they would not follow eBay return policy I would figure they would reply to my message to see how they wanted to go forward. I AM ALWAYS OPEN TO TAKING CARE OF CUSTOMERS. It even tells you in my listing how to suggest what would make things right. This buyer used the threat of negative feedback. I apologized but then I never heard back from the buyer.
