Listing said: ”New without Box.” Shoes arrived used and dirty with chunks of dirt and pet hair, stains on the outer and inner shoe. Requested return, seller’s response was how good of a deal I was getting. Continued to request sending shoes back, and seller messaged, “You just want a free pair of shoes and refuse to pay for what you purchased.” After seeing photos and reviewing seller’s condescending and dishonest messages, Ebay ruled in my favor, shoes were sent back, and Ebay refunded me.
