FAULTY hob, (confirmed by independent engineer). Also seller said it was out of a showroom, however the hob had general cooking debris on the underside, which I did not see upon collection. Seller suggested I drive 2 hours to return this item from where I collected it from for a refund. Awful customer service.

BEWARE this seller. Paid for wine fridge which I won in auction. Tried to arrange pickup but said he was in France. Tried to arrange a time but not helpful. In the end he told me he couldn’t find the fridge and no offer of refund. Had to open a case then refund was forthcoming. Think he photographs empty boxes BEWARE!!
