contact seller as soon as i opened my mug tree, as there is signs of rust. have taken photos sent message, reply that the item sent was new and the photos that was sent is not the same mug tree sent by them, so basically i am a liar and trying to claim a refund on a old mug tree. you keep the money you must need it more then me. mug tree going into bin . please be aware of this seller,  specially when it states no returns.

When people don't have their own way, they tend to leave a false feedback like this one. My first line in reply started with "I am sorry about your concern". However from my listing the images I have put up are exactly how the item looks. I do not edit images on my listings. So I found it extremely strange that you would receive a product with rust. I further enquired to my team and images shown there were no rust. Before we pack the product my team takes images as proof of condition of the item
