We have not contacted the supplier as we do not know how to. We did receive "AN" order, serial number 1162557, our order number was 16-11668-13765 which you would be pushed to say that it is the same one. We thought we had ordered 3 (three) cartons of the product, (what the advert insinuated) and we thought the price indicated £16.80p was very good for the item advertised. We are disappointed to receive one (1), especially with the wrong order number. Maybe someone can sort this for us?
