Genuine and friendly seller, with speedy response to any questions! The bike was delivered exactly as described, speedily (within two days of placing the order) and packaged very well although I live quite far from the shop. Price was reasonable too. Was a delight to deal with overall, definitely would recommend! Thank you!

Communication with Kev.mac was great, prompt and helpful. Unfortunately Parcel Force damaged the bike in transit, despite the bike being well package, which resulted in having to get a new derailleur and a delay in delivery. Kev.mac dealt with the issue well, was in contact with Parcel Force throughout and compensated me for the cost of a new derailleur which we fitted ourselves. The bike itself, I love it. Few age related marks as expected, once cleaned cleaned it looks great.

Communication and service was great! But got the bike home and realised it was missing some parts that the seller says it wasn’t advertised with even though it quite clearly has the parts fitted in the advert photos. The bike is also in need of some repairs which it wasn’t advertised with including a buckled wheel and noisy wheel bearings for which the seller offered only £10 to cover or to take the bike back! Overall great service, nice guy but quality of the product and aftercare not great!
