Chromebook was listed as new. Upon receiving item, the factory seal was broken, fingerprints were on the screen, and the charging cord was re-wrapped. Seller gave me a hard time saying I opened the box, and that the seller received the item from Verizon this way and to enjoy my Chromebook because they don't offer returns. Communication with the seller was very cutthroat. Seller eventually approved return and gave refund 5 days later. The same Chromebook was listed again as Open Box.

This guy is a reseller - he realized that he could not resell the item and make a profit from what he paid - he claimed that the item was damaged - I verified that the so-called damage was from another device - not mine - this guy uses eBay to threaten sellers that if they don't offer a refund - eBay will let him keep the money and the item. So my advice to all sellers is to offer returns or scammers like this will take your items and money.
